Malaysians are Not Ready for Online Schools

After 4 months observing Online School Class, I come to conclusion that we schools are not ready to fully go online. 30% of Malaysian are lacking in internet connection, line can be really poor in certain areas, some students are shy to participate in the classroom, teachers are not trained to conduct online classes and weak students are further neglected.

One of the biggest concern:
Some teachers find it really hard to evaluate students virtually. Student’s emotional expression is important in academic progress. As a teacher, we evaluate student’s understanding via emotional and physical interaction. This can be a challenge when we conduct classes virtually
